Emily Dayton completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State University, then received her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She loves the field of OT because it allows her to help people perform the tasks and activities that are meaningful to them. She has clinical experience in a variety of settings, including hospital, skilled nursing, house calls, and hand therapy. Emily chose to pursue a career focus in hand therapy after seeing a need for specialized, skilled treatment of upper extremity injuries and conditions in all of her work settings.

Emily has additional training in ergonomics assessment, since many problems treated with therapy can be caused by poor positioning, body mechanics, and work environment. She uses these skills to help create the best workspace setup for each individual to decrease their risk of injury.

Outside of work she enjoys backpacking, gardening, horseback riding, reading, and music. She loves travelling any chance she can and is usually planning the next adventure.

Since then, fitness has served him as the gateway to the field of health and medicine. It was the late-night readings of various case studies and peer reviewed journals all driven by curiosity that made him realize he is forever a student in admiration of the never-ending fields of health and medicine.

After his time at George Mason, Anthony plans to continue his studies to acquire a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies (PA).
